what memory foam mattress topper does not warm hot flash sufferers ?
I have bad hot flashes , and want to buy a memory foam topper for my queen size bed, but am
afraid it will hold my body heat and make me too warm.
No, I am not wanting one for back pain.
I am wanting one for added padding.
But I am worried it will be too hot to sleep on.
I've never heard of memory foam toppers holding in heat. I did some searching and found the following on memory foam and holding in heat: "A memory foam mattress is made of open celled foam which allows air to flow much more freely than standard foam. Because of this, I've never had a complaint from anyone about sleeping too hot."
