I made a dumb mistake, what do you know about memory foam mattresses?
I ordered a memory foam mattress topper online. I didn't pay attention to the size and I have a cal king shipped out and on it's way for my queen sized bed. The return shipping is going to be 20 bucks. I'm thinking I'll just keep it and cut it down to size. My question is, will this be pretty ease to do without damaging the product. I've never even seen one of these, I've just heard they're comfy. There's no stitching, right? It just foam.
You could cut it, Ive heard that using an electric knife to cut foam will give you an even cut. I've never done it though.
Another thing that you could do is buy a queen size mattress pad and place the pad over the topper. When you tuck the elasticized pad the the topper will be forced to bend. The pad will also protect the topper and mattress from dirt and stains.
