Foam Mattress or Pillow Top Spring Mattress??
We're finally looking for the most comfortable bed ever; and especially looking forward to the first good nights sleep in 4 years! My fiance has neck and back issues, and I just want something that doesn't make me wake up more sore and exhausted than when I went to sleep...
We're both side sleepers, not into extra firm beds at all, has to be super comfy.
Any experience with Foam Mattresses, Pillow Tops (double pillow tops) or both?? What was your experience, or which would you suggest?

I have a pillow top, and I absolutely love it. I honestly feel rested when I wake up in the morning, and have yet to have a sore back from it.
My boss, on the other hand had a tempurpedic mattress and had issues with it. From what I gathered from her experience was that the bedroom in which the foam mattress is in, has to be a curtain temperature in order to keep the foam relatively soft.
Most people turn the heat down at night, to save energy, and just pile on blankets, so the temperature itself affected the foam. My boss returned the mattress, and complained that no one told her about the temperature issue, and of course the ones in the store have been laid on time and time again, plus the heat is usually jacked up in the showrooms.
So- you may just want to shop around, and test out some that may be appealing to you. If you decide on a foam mattress, just double check with the salesperson regarding temperature requirements.
