My hair keeps thinning out and falling out.?

Over the last few years, my hair has lost its natural volume, and texture. (im 15) It used to be curly and really thick. Now its sort of wavy, mainly straight with some curl at the ends. Im a brunette, if that makes any difference. I have never dyed my hair. I wash it and towel dry it carefully. The only styling i use it either a flat iron, or blow drying the roots for volume. I always use a heat protector gel or spray.
It doesn't "fall out" its more like, every time i comb or wash it maybe 50 strands of hair come out. I know that's not a lot, but this is every time.
I want to know why my hair is like this,. and if there is anything i can do to make it thicker and healthier?

make sure your shampoo and conditioner doesn't use any harmful chemicals and do not flat iron or blow dry your hair everyday. cut the end of your hair often like every 1-2 months so that you get rid of all the split ends.
