Does anyone else have this obsession?
I have this obsession where I have to tuck my bed sheet under my mattress so that there's no creases in them, and so it feels smooth on my face. I spend about 10 minutes each night on them, or as much time as it takes to get them perfect. Does anyone else have this obsession?
Hi,
I don't have this obession but I wonder if you have ever considered perhaps you suffer from OCD - obsessive complusive disorder? This condition often causes people to have particular obessions about things such as tidiness or things been clean, making sure doors are closed etc You obession could fit into this.
However it is just as likely that this is something you have just got into a habit of doing. Perhaps ask yourself why you do it and if you can stop. If not, what is the fear? If this is the only thing you do in this manner i wouldn't worry too much as long as it is not effecting your life in any significant way.
