Any one had problems with Littlewoods Direct (also known as VERY)?
So i ordered Bunkbeds, two mattresses and two waterproof covers, i have received the mattresses and waterproof covers but i am still waiting on the bunkbeds, i was told they MIGHT be delivered on the 27th of august but im away on holiday so was trying to arrange a different day. Only to be told that i may now ot be getting them until the 10th of september. I dint even get to tell them about my holiday, i find the staff to be really unhelpful and ont seem to have a clue whats going on.

You can call the better business bureau (BBB) in your area.
Try looking thru the Consumer Reports website.
You can look thru the sites I listed below. They are consumer websites where folks, just like you and your situation report their experiences with companies that choose not to live up to their advertising rhetoric. There's another one that I can't remember right now, but if I do I'll come back and add it.
You can search thru these sites and maybe find this company listed and/or see what others have said about them and what happened. You can even post your own entry and maybe someone can assist.
