My bed frame has wheels and as a result, my bed rarely stays in place on my hardwood floors. Any thoughts?
I've seen those plastic holders that supposedly stick to the floor, but they look kind of flimsy.
Is it possible to replace wheels of frame with legs that won't slide?
And on a related note, my headboard is not attached to the frame, so whenever the bed moves, so does the headboard. How can I prevent this? Any thoughts on good ways to attach a wooden headboard to a metal frame?

Headboard first...Take the mattress/box springs off and line up the frame to the headboard. Drill through the holes in the frame and through the headboard. Attach the headboard tot he frame with bolts of the proper length and size.
Get an old bath mat and cut it up into rectangles to fit under the wheels. Fold the rectangle over to form a square with the RUBBER SIDE both up and down (rug in the middle). See if that takes care of the sliding.
