Do you sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress?
I've had a tempurpedic for a few years now & I find that I sleep MUCH better on my back rather than on my side. If I sleep on my side my hand gets tingly. I didn't buy the pillows - could this be the reason why? Otherwise, I LOVE MY BED!
I find that I sleep avg 6 hours when I don't stay up too late...

I have a Tempurpedic mattress, and love it. I've used sobekawa pillows for years. They're filled with soy bean hulls and are easily formed to be comfortable.
