Something cheap friends can sleep on when they stay over in college?
I live in an apartment off campus at college. I have a fairly large, wood floored room, full size bed, and not a lot of money. Also I am moving out the end of this semester (but I can't go thru the rest of the semester without something)
I've considered futons but haven't been able to find what I want on Craigslist, I'm afraid one will be too big for the space I have. Or too crappy and junky. I don't want to spend more than 100$ on a futon. Are there any other options for a bed that I can use? Like a chair that will fold down to a bed but isn't huge but isn't too small to the point where they will roll off ?
I'm just looking for some ideas.
What's wrong with the floor? Tell them to bring a sleeping bag or something to lay on. If your only going to be there for another semester than why would you want to go through the hassle of finding a couch, bringing it in, and than taking it out again. Just get a cheep blow up mattress. They even make ones that inflate to the size of a regular bed.
