My computer doesn't recognize my CoolMax external enclosure?
It's a HD-250B-U2 external enclosure.
I connected it to my computer using a twin USB cable and it said that it was installing the driver. When it was finished it said that it was ready to use, but every time I connect it, it doesn't show up as if it's connected, it just doesn't appear, even though the enclosure seems to be working.
No, I meant it was working because the light was on. Only that :/
Presume you are running windows. If so go to disk management to see if the drive is there. If it is you have to initialize it.
